Preston Meadow North Phase I consists of 116 single-family homes located in Northwest Plano. The community is nestled between Preston Meadow Road and one of Plano’s many “greenbelts”, a grassy area with a bike trail set at the side of the neighborhood. This setting provides quick access to highways as well as close proximity to spectacular retail, entertainment, restaurants and several large corporations.
