Preston Meadow North has a voluntary Home Owners’ Association. Even though homeowners are not required to join, membership is strongly encouraged; HOA dues are our only source of revenue to keep our common areas and entryways mowed, watered, lit, and landscaped to maintain our neighborhood’s curb appeal and resale values.
Throughout the year the PMNHOA board members host a number of fun family events, including a Spring Social, National Night Out in October, and our Christmas decorating contest. Food and prizes for these events are donated by members and local merchants, and not paid from homeowners’ HOA dues.
During our neighborhood’s 30+ year history, our HOA Board has proven itself to be good stewards of the dues paid by our homeowners. Our annual dues are set at $200, and cover neighborhood expenditures such as:
- Mowing, upkeep, and fertilization of the grass medians and trees along Legacy, Preston Meadow and Leeland Drives.
- Care for the entranceways along those same roads.
- Monthly charges such as irrigation and electricity
- Insurance for our HOA
For those of you new to our neighborhood or those who have allowed their membership to lapse, we strongly encourage you to pay your annual dues. Doing so allows us to provide the continued upkeep of our common areas for the benefit of all neighborhood residents. Our membership drive launches in February of each year. The $200 fee is due by April 30th.

- Deliver in person. You can deliver your membership dues to any of the volunteer board members:
