About PMNHOA
The primary objective of PMNHOA is to make Preston Meadow North Phase 1 an ideal place to live. The association does this by maintaining the communal areas, organizing events & competitions to foster community spirit & care and petitioning the city/county to carry out maintenance work in the area.
Neighborhood
Preston Meadow North – Phase I is nestled between Preston Meadow Road and one of Plano’s many “greenbelts”, a grassy area with a bike trail set at the side of the neighborhood. The neighborhood schools are considered some of the best in the nation and all are rated Exemplary or Recognized by the Texas Education Agency.
